Wicked woman locks up her step-children in a room to starve to death.

The woman who is allegedly married to the children's father was reported to have locked them away immediately their father traveled out of the state.



Her neighbors, however, suspected what she had done and rescued the children who were already emaciated. 

The case has been reported at the state police command.
